چکیده
Amaç: Futbolcuların maksimum sprint hızı (MSH), aerobik hız (MAH), anaerobik rezervi (AHR) ve VO2max sonuçları ile tekrarlı performansları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Gereç Yöntemler: Çalışmaya 73 gönüllü erkek futbolcu katılmıştır. Araştırma 48 saat aralıkla 2 oturumdan oluşmuştur. İlk oturumda 10 m sürat testi 6x35 uygulanmıştır. İkinci ise Yo Yo-1 test MSH, MAH, AHR hesaplanmıştır. Parametrelerin ilişkisi Pearson korelasyon katsayısı belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: En iyi zamanı MSH (r= -0,466), MAH -0,354), -0,573) -0,360), ortalama -0,371), -0,303), -0,459) -0,278), toplam -0,503), -0,412), -0,567) ideal -0,465), -0,353), -0,571) -0,359) performans düşüş yüzdesi -0,264) -0,291) arasında negatif ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sonuç: düzeyleri arttıkça sürelerinin yüzdelerinin azaldığı, buna bağlı olarak da futbolcuların saha içerisinde yüksek yoğunluklu koşulardaki performanslarının artabileceği söylenebilir.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 10 weeks' 40-m repeated sprint training program that does not involve strength training on sprinting speed and repeated sprint speed on young elite soccer players. Twenty young well-trained elite male soccer players of age (±SD) 16.4 (±0.9) years, body mass 67.2 (±9.1) kg, and stature 176.3 (±7.4) cm volunteered to participate in this study...
متن کاملFunctional Speed Reserve as a Proxy for the Anaerobic Speed Reserve Using the Critical Speed Concept
Background: Although maximal sprint speed (MSS) and the anaerobic speed reserve (ASR) provides valuable information about the speed profile of athletes, these parameters fall short of providing important information about sub-maximal metabolic thresholds. The only field test that can offer an estimate of a sub-maximal metabolic threshold is the 3-minute all-out test for running (3MT) which deli...

The purpose of the study was to examine the relationships among aerobic fitness, anaerobic capacity, and performance indices of 2 different repeated sprint test (RST) protocols in a group of 33 elite adolescent soccer players (age range 16-18 years). All participants performed 4 tests: an aerobic power test (20-m shuttle run), the Wingate Anaerobic Test (WAnT), and 2 different RST protocols (12...
